We are looking for a
Payments Operations Specialist
to join our
Payments Operations
team, reporting directly to the Head of the area. This is a senior role with a strong focus on measuring and analyzing team and operational performance, generating high-value insights, and communicating results both internally and externally.

While the role includes exposure to operational processes, its core responsibility is performance measurement and analysis, positioning data and insights as a value-added service for internal stakeholders and especially for external clients. Over time, this position may evolve into a leadership role, though it does not include people management initially.
