This role will lead the strategy and execution of Amazon.com.mx customers payment experience, focusing on optimizing payment journeys, improving acceptance rates, and driving payment method adoption. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with customer obsession to deliver best-in-class payment experiences. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a high ambiguity environment, and have high tolerance to frustration.
