Payroll Accounting Junior Analyst - EMEA shift

Overview

The Payroll GL Analyst primary role is to perform payroll accounting related GL transactions for all legal vehicles covered by payroll underEMEA regionfollowing EMEA shift of 1:00PM to 10:00PM Manila Time. Job profile classification is Hybrid: flexibility to work in the officeat least three days per week and remotely up to two days per week. S/he may also be involved in special projects to support management. This person reports directly to the Payroll Accounting Lead.

Responsibilities

• Wiling to work in EMEA shift (from 1pm to 10pm)
• Performs Payroll accounting related entries, validation and reports, as required
• Responsible for the security and confidentiality of sensitive data that will be handled.
• Responsible and accountable for general ledger and reconciliation along with responding to any Finance related queries, as well as any proofing related queries.
