Payroll Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll & Payroll Accounting Specialist to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations for a global workforce. This role sits within the Finance team and partners closely with People, Accounting, and external vendors. You will own payroll processing, payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, and reporting, while supporting select employee lifecycle activities through close collaboration with the People team. This role requires strong payroll expertise, an accounting mindset, advanced Excel skills, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Payroll Processing and Administration

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for US employees
• Ensure payroll accuracy across earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, equity, commissions, and one‑time payments
