Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and coordinate with HR and Finance departments to support smooth salary operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Verify attendance, working hours, and leave records.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and overtime.
  • Maintain employee payroll files and update records in HR/payroll systems.
  • Handle end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with HR for new joiners, resignations, and contract renewals.
  • Prepare salary transfer reports (WPS) and liaise with the bank.
