Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator on a full time, permanent basis, site based on the South Shropshire/Worcestershire border. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll legislation.
What you can expect:
•Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
•Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although candidates seeking 30 hours per week are encouraged to apply
•Site based
•Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
What you will be doing:
•Prepare and process the multi-site weekly and monthly payroll for all employees in accordance with deadlines
•Ensure accuracy of salary calculations, deductions, benefits, overtime, and allowances
•Maintain compliance with tax, pension, and other statutory requirements
•Prepare and submit payroll reports to finance and management
•Year-End Balancing & Reporting
