e are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for over 1,500 employees across multiple states. This contract position plays a vital role in processing accurate and timely payroll on both bi-weekly and bi-monthly schedules, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process bi-weekly and bi-monthly payroll for a multi-state workforce, meeting strict deadlines and accuracy standards.

+ Maintain and update employee payroll data, including deductions, direct deposits, and tax withholdings.

+ Review and audit time and attendance records to ensure correct payroll calculations.

+ Manage payroll-related reports, including early earned wage access and personnel action forms.

+ Administer garnishments, child support, and other required payroll deductions.
