We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll operations at our White Plains, NY location. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, supervising payroll staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Payroll Administrator will maintain accurate payroll records, conduct audits, prepare year-end tax documents, and consistently improve payroll systems and procedures. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader, is detail-oriented, and collaborates effectively across HR, Finance, and other departments.
Requirements

+ Extensive experience in payroll management or administration

+ Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards

+ Proficiency with payroll software (especially ADP Workforce Now) and Microsoft Office Suite
