One of our clients, a major oil and gas company has tasked us with finding a Payroll Administrator to join their Pay, Policy, and Benefits team. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) in a hybrid model, two days per week in the Calgary office and the remainder from home.

About the Role

The Payroll Administrator will primarily focus on year-end payroll activities, complemented by other cyclical payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll processes. You will play a key role in supporting payroll operations and collaborating closely with HR and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all year-end payroll actions and deliverables, including reconciling payroll records, validating employee information, and reviewing benefit and pension deductions as well as T4s.
