Overview

Our LNG client is seeking a short-term Payroll Advisor to join their team in Calgary.

Role: Payroll Advisor

Work Schedule / Shift: M-F 40hrs/week

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: March 30, 2026 (Possibility to extend)

About the Role

We currently require a team member primarily focused on year-end payroll activities, and complemented by other cyclical payroll activities, to contribute to our Pay, Policy and Benefits team.

• Support all year-end payroll actions and deliverables including; Reconciling payroll records, Validating employee information, reviewing benefit & pension deductions & T4s.
• Assist in payroll-related actions including new hires, transfers, and salary changes.
• Ensure payroll compliance and accuracy when assisting with payroll cycle within required deadlines, which includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and completing pay related adjustme...
