Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to develop standard reports, processes, and metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of data extracts to evaluate payroll information.
  • Participate in assessing data integration within new systems, contributing as a key team member.
  • Ensure compliance by closely reviewing master data to minimize the risk of fines or penalties.
  • Requirements:

  • Understanding of payroll and accounting, with strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
