Collaborate with the Associate Director to develop standard reports, processes, and metrics to support management decision-making. Gain a comprehensive understanding of data extracts to evaluate payroll information. Participate in assessing data integration within new systems, contributing as a key team member. Ensure compliance by closely reviewing master data to minimize the risk of fines or penalties. Requirements:
Understanding of payroll and accounting, with strong analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential. Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus. FTCK_
