What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Prepare payroll actions including terminations, vacations, and remuneration settlements
  • Update and maintain payroll databases ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Organize and maintain digital payroll files in cloud-based systems
  • Generate monthly reports and documentation for hotel financial closing

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with HR and Department Heads to validate payroll changes, overtime approvals, and documentation
  • Work with IT teams to ensure payroll systems reflect regulatory updates
  • Support internal and external auditors by providing required payroll data and reports
