The position

Responsible for managing project activities in the transition of Brazilian payroll processes and coordinate area operations
 

Tasks and responsabilities


• Collate as well as review payroll input and communicate to payroll vendor (new hires, holiday, sick leave, maternity, salary changes, etc.);
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports to ensure accuracy;
• Ensure all payroll query responses are dealt with in a timely manner, where required follow up with vendors or escalate to Head of Payroll Latam;
• Closely collaborate with payroll vendor, HR BPs and others to achieve high quality service.  

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Payroll.
  • Advanced level of Portuguese.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Advanced level of MS Excel.
