Payroll Analyst

The purpose of theUSPayrollteam is to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. Thepayrollteam plays a critical role in managing financial transactions related to employee salaries, taxes, and other deductions.

Responsibilities

• Salary Processing: Calculate and process employee salaries, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.

• Tax Compliance: Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure accurate withholding of income taxes, Social Security, Medicare, and other statutory deductions. Prepare and submit tax reports to relevant authorities.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and time-off balances. Keep track of changes in employee status, such as new hires, promotions, and terminations.
