Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Florham Park, New Jersey
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid -3 days in office per week.
Type: Contract- 3-6months
Compensation: $40 - $57 hourly
Overview
The Payroll Analyst helps to support accurate and compliant multi-state payroll processing and will play a key role in new hire payroll activities such as reviewing new-hire entries, verifying tax and direct-deposit setups, answering new hire questions as well as other payroll activities.
Responsibilities
+ Review New hires entries and PAF information: start date, pay group, exempt/nonexempt, workers comp codes, PTO plan set up, additional payments. Verify SS number and name on the SS administration Business Services online.
+ Administers all payroll tax activities, maintains working knowledge of current payroll related laws and regulations.
