Payroll Analyst

Under the guidance and supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Analyst II will oversee and process the organization's payroll functions by pay group in coordination with an external payroll provider, ensuring the assigned pay groups are processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations. This position will also serve as back-up to any of the payrolls should the LATAM HR Generalist and Payroll Supervisor be unable to process their payroll group (s). Responsibilities also include the management of the PTO (paid time off), OT and any other payroll element required by the LATAM Payroll Supervisor. In addition, the Payroll Analyst II will be responsible for Mexico HR and Facilities Payments.
**Areas of Expertise & Special Skills**:
- 3+ years of full cycle Payroll experience, with 1+ years previous experience with software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing in a large company.
