Job Description

Will be responsible for processing and analyzing payroll data to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. This role supports compliance with payroll laws and company policies, resolves payroll discrepancies, prepares reports, and collaborates with HR and Finance to improve payroll processes and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, BS Mathematics or other related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in handling payroll & statutory benefits
  • Knowledgeable in alphalist computation & filing
  • Knowledgeable in BIR 1601C Computation & filing
  • Familiarity with various type of incentives and benefits.
  • Knowledge on current wage, basic law on compensation and tax regulations.
  • Keen to details
  • With good comprehension.
  • Excellent working knowledge in of Microsoft Office, Excel and words.
