Job Description

As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while supporting various administrative processes. This position involves managing employee data, assisting with time and attendance systems, and providing guidance to employees on payroll-related inquiries. You will collaborate closely with HR, payroll analysts, and other departments to maintain compliance and efficiency.
**What You'll Do**
- Enter data correctly for hiring, dismissal, vacation, leaving and other changes on employee's files into the payroll system.
- Represent the company on termination calculation approval audiences with the Union.
- Assist on the demands of electronic time and attendance system
- Issue all reports related to personnel administration demands.
- Talk to employees and answer questions whenever needed.
