Payroll Analyst role at GHD . This is a 14-month contract - parental leave coverage, located in the Waterloo office in Ontario. Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Insights and Reporting: Review full pay and balance reports to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to release.
• Solutions Analysis: Interpret data and identify possible answers across a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
• Internal Client Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Information and Business Advice: Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others.
