Payroll Analyst

As part of the Payroll Manila Capability Center, the role of Payroll Support Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing support on specific payroll administration and reporting processes. They will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll-related activities and reports on a timely basis, as well as processing other payroll administration requests. They will help drive regional consistency and compliance in payroll processes, ensuring efficiency and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Interact with internal entities such as Payroll Service Delivery, Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Process Leader (GPL) roles, Compliance, and broader HR and Finance functions, as well as external entities and vendors
