Job Description
- Manage monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary validation for all employees.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF filings, and other legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and handle payroll-related queries efficiently.
- Process full and final settlements (F&F), gratuity, and bonus.
- File statutory returns and ensure timely registrations as per regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced Excel for payroll analysis and reporting.
