Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park

Working hours: 08.15am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

To support the accurate and timely processing of Singapore payroll and statutory submissions.

Job Duties

· Prepare and support monthly payroll processing for Singapore employees

· Handle statutory submissions including CPF, SDL, and FWL (where applicable)

· Prepare and submit IR21 tax clearance and support annual tax filings (IR8A / Appendix)

· Process government claims and maintain supporting documentation

· Respond to employee payroll queries and maintain accurate payroll records

· Liaise with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors on payroll matters

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Experience in Singapore payroll or payroll administration preferred
