Payroll Associate - Execupay

About the Role:


• Fast-paced, challenging position requiring quick thinking and dedication.


• Responsible for accurate processing and recording of client payrolls.


• Provides expert customer service and care.

Responsibilities:


• Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.


• Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance.


• Understand proper payroll taxation.


• Calculate and process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.


• Process timely and accurate quarter-end and year-end reports.


• Provide ad hoc reports to clients.


• Work with clients in various payroll environments for time & attendance, payroll processing, and reporting.


• Resolve client payroll and system queries.


• Manage client projects and coordinate payroll activities from start to finish...
