Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Payroll Management: Lead the full payroll cycle, from new hire onboarding and regular salary runs to the complex calculation of separation and final pay.
System Administration: Maintain and update payroll records within Port 80 (or similar HRIS) , ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
Compliance & Reporting: Calculate statutory contributions and ensure all filings meet local regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Finance, HR, and Department Managers to reconcile discrepancies and ensure cross-functional accuracy.
Issue Resolution: Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving payroll-related concerns with a focus on speed and transparency.
