Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of hour rates, wages and new hire information.
  • Collate the entire log sheet per cutoff to compute for employee salary.
  • Balance all payroll ledger accounts, including the posting of all payroll related journals.
  • Prepare payroll reports.
  • Calculation of employee leave entitlements, including long service leave, as required.
  • Computation of Final pay.
  • Work with Operations Team to address payroll and billing related disputes of the Employees and Clients.
  • Assigned task from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year Finance- or Accounting-related course.
  • 2-5 years experience payroll and billing processing, ability to handle volume payroll processing (300 to 500HC)
  • Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
