Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits tasks while ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations
- Act as the first-level point of contact between HRSS and employees and resolve payroll-related queries
- Perform accurate payroll coding, support HR Shared Services metrics, and ensure timely payroll processing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, HR, or Math courses
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and appreciation of data accuracy and integrity
- Able to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in Payroll, Timekeeping and Benefits tasks, and PH Government Policy and Regulations
