Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits tasks while ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations
  • Act as the first-level point of contact between HRSS and employees and resolve payroll-related queries
  • Perform accurate payroll coding, support HR Shared Services metrics, and ensure timely payroll processing

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, HR, or Math courses
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and appreciation of data accuracy and integrity
  • Able to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in Payroll, Timekeeping and Benefits tasks, and PH Government Policy and Regulations
