Overview

Jointly lead the implementation and integration of a payroll automation platform across APMEA and Europe, streamlining payroll operations and reducing manual intervention.

Support the planning, execution, and delivery of payroll automation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and objectives.

Collaborate with project managers, payroll teams, IT, HR, Finance, and vendors to gather requirements, map workflows, and design optimized automated solutions.

Assist in system configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), deployment , and post-implementation support to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.

Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and supporting best-practice implementation.
