Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to own end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and vendor management for our global organization. Based in Mumbai, you'll be the subject matter expert and escalation point for all payroll and benefits matters across India, the US, the UK, and the UAE. This role goes beyond coordination - you'll have full accountability for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery through our third-party providers, managing our benefits vendor relationships and renewal cycles, and driving operational excellence across people systems and processes. You'll also support audit activities, manage visa tracking for international relocations, US State filings and reporting, and act as the critical interface between People, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
