We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This long-term contract position will involve processing payroll for up to 250 employees across multiple locations, under the guidance of an HR Manager.


Responsibilities:

• Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time for hourly, salaried, and union employees.

• Collaborate with the HR Manager to address payroll adjustments, benefit updates, final checks, and pay increases.

• Ensure compliance with union requirements for Oregon-based employees.

• Manage employee payroll records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Handle payroll garnishments and deductions as required.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee data.

• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries.
