Overview
The Payroll Clerk supports payroll operations by assisting the Payroll Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for both union and non-union employees using ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a strong foundation in payroll administration and compliance.
The Payroll Clerk will be reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist Payroll Technician with weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
- Enter, review, and verify payroll data including hours worked, overtime, premiums, deductions, benefits, and adjustments
- Support payroll processing for union and non-union employees, including adherence to collective bargaining agreements
- Help maintain accurate employee payroll records and master data in ADP Workforce Now
