The Care Group (“TCG”) offers high-quality residential care services to complex care clients in nine (9) homes throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.


We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our Head Office Team, in Coquitlam, B.C.!


The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll and all payroll related duties, will work collaboratively with Finance, HR and various stakeholders.


Must be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.


Integrity and highly attentive to detail are crucial for this role.


Schedule: Mondays - Wednesday - 8:30am - 4:30pm.

  • 6 months contract (possibility of extention) Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the hourly and salary payroll processing for a high volume, multiple sites, union/nonunion, fast-paced environment using ComVida or Dayforce (Payroll System used by the business).
