Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll Clerk who will be responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processes. This role requires a strong understanding of basic taxes, gross and net pay calculations, data entry, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle payroll processing for 5000 employees in a unionized environment.
+ Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all payroll data entries.
+ Maintain accurate records of gross and net pay as well as basic tax details.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members, including payroll supervisors, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
+ Utilize Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, H&V lookups, and formulas.
+ Assist with the transition to a new ERP system.
