About the Role
The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Responsibilities
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Strong working knowledge of Software
- Experience in attendance management and salary processing
- Ability to prepare payroll reports and coordinate with HR & Finance teams
- Sound understanding of statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in payroll software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
