About the Role

The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.


Responsibilities

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Strong working knowledge of Software
  • Experience in attendance management and salary processing
  • Ability to prepare payroll reports and coordinate with HR & Finance teams
  • Sound understanding of statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
