Responsibilities

• Communicate to customers, employees and partners about the Spanish payroll landscape, servicing them with a seamless payroll service
• Advise and help customers translate their foreign payroll and HR policies into employment relationships for their selected employees in Spain
• Handle payroll submissions to statutory authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as employees, clients, and external partners
