About The Role & Team

As a Payroll Consultant, you will be a key figure within our Americas Payroll team. You will contribute to ensuring that employees’ salaries are paid correctly and on schedule. This role is a great opportunity if you enjoy working with numbers, working in a team, and resolving issues. Our team is dedicated to continuous improvement, and you will have the opportunity to grow within our evolving HR department.

What You Will Do

  • Payroll inputs collection and consolidation.
  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or collecting and reviewing timesheets.
  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll‑related matters.
  • Maintaining employee records in the Payroll systems and files.
  • Ensure data is aligned between HR system; Payroll systems and Employee files.
  • Payroll processing (wherever the Payroll Provider is not available).
  • Request and Ensure payments of HR Suppliers (Payroll, Benefits, 3rd Parties).
  • Ensure SOP and checklists are updated with the latest process.
  • Perform data checks before every payroll.
  • Perform controls before payroll approval.Propose and work on process improvement for countries and processes supported.
  • Provide inputs for Audit requests.
  • Prepare (or a request from Payroll Provider) periodic payroll reports.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

  • 3+ years of Payroll/HR/Finance Operations or relevant experience on a role supporting multiple US states and/or Caribbean/LATAM region
  • Understanding of the HR and Finance processes
  • A degree in Finance or accounting.
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Experience with ADP or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time‑management skills
  • Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese are preferred
  • Aptitude in problem‑solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result‑driven approach
