JOB DESCRIPTION Process payroll for weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly payroll Enter tax related changes into payroll system i.e. address change, W-4’s etc.… Calculate and process retro pay and other non-recurring payments such as bonuses, reimbursements etc.… Analyze and balance hours between Time and Attendance System and Payroll system. Analyze and interpret garnishments (Federal and State) received from agencies or courts. Provide appropriate response back to agencies and enter necessary deductions in the payroll system. Complete employment verification's for current and past employees. Research and respond to internal and external inquiries including requests for manual checks, questions regarding PTO balances and paychecks etc.… Generate system generated or ad-hoc reports. Perform complex payroll functions (historical edits, balance adjustments, tax adjustments etc......
