Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Payroll Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll payments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution via phone, email, and chat. You will also provide occasional support during weekly payroll processing cycles, contributing to the smooth operation of payroll functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a basic understanding of payroll and financial processes, and preferably, experience in the U.S. healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of support for employee payroll inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll discrepancies, direct deposits, deductions, and tax withholdings.
