About the role
In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data gathering, calculation, verification, and timely payment of salaries and associated deductions
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant payroll-related regulations and labour laws
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties, such as government agencies, to resolve payroll-related queries and issues
- Prepare and submit mandatory payroll reports and documents
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues on payroll-related matters
