Payroll Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing. This role ensures timely, accurate payroll execution while maintaining compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Process accurate and timely payroll for contractors, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Calculate salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Manage payroll disbursement and coordinate with Finance for payments.
• Compliance Management: Ensure payroll compliance with tax regulations, labour laws, and client-specific requirements. File tax submissions, contributions, and other regulatory reports on time. Monitor changes in local regulations and update processes accordingly. Address contractor payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
