<p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <div> </div> <ul> <li> <p>Process end-to-end payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and statutory components.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare, review, and submit statutory returns and challans within defined timelines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, leave, and salary structures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, tax calculations, and statutory benefits.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support payroll audits, internal audits, and statutory inspections by maintaining accurate documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor changes in labor laws and payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with gratuity, bonus, and other employee benefit provisions as applicable.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in payroll reconciliation, MIS reporting, and month-end / year-end payroll activities.</p> </li> </ul>
