Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute end to end monthly payroll processing, statutory and bank submission.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Creation of new joiner account into payroll system.
  • Movement update into the system. (promotion/redesignation/transfer and etc)
  • Issuance of acceptance resignation letters.
  • Maintain payroll pay components and deductions.
  • Process and verify employee attendance, roster, leave, and overtime data.
  • Handle expatriate payroll processing and ensure timely submission for APAC approval.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance, including the preparation, processing, and submission of contributions via KWSP, PERKESO, HRDC, and LHDN portals
  • Prepare weekly overtime reports for operational meetings.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for Management, Finance, and APAC.
