Hi At Factorial, we are looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant/Project Manager (DATEV) for the German market. If you are passionate about payroll, technical implementations, and making complex solutions work seamlessly for partners and clients, this is your chance to make a real impact!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead DATEV related partner projects and technical implementations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality integrations.
  • Manage testing, validation, and troubleshooting for payroll integrations, escalating issues to Product when needed.
  • Collaborate with Payroll Consultants, Product Team, Partner Teams, and clients to optimize solutions and ensure successful adoption.
  • Collect and translate client and partner feedback into actionable requirements and product improvements.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for clients and internal teams, including process guidelines, implementation steps, and best practices to provide traceability and ensure processes are consistently followed.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert, guiding partners through onboarding, implementation, and problem resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, service delivery, and technical solutions.
Your Profile
  • Payroll expertise: Good knowledge of German payroll is essential, ideally with experience in payroll software and technical integrations.
  • Technical mindset: Experience in testing, validation, and software implementation.
  • Project management: Able to lead initiatives, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and track progress to completion.
  • Collaborative: Comfortable working closely with Product, Partner Teams, and clients to deliver solutions.
  • Problem-solving: Able to propose solutions and workarounds for complex client and partner challenges.
  • Analytical: Able to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights for Product.
  • Languages: German at a native or fluent level and fluent English (written and spoken).

Experience: Previous experience as a Project Manager, Implementation Owner, Onboarding Specialist, or Technical Consultant in payroll or HR software is highly desirable.
