About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a well-established payroll function for a large, multi-site organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and oversee payroll operations for a high-volume workforce.

You’ll manage a team of 3 and ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing. This role offers the chance to step into a stable environment while driving process improvements and contributing to strategic payroll initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements (EA).
• Manage statutory reporting including Single Touch Payroll (STP) and other ATO requirements.
• Oversee superannuation, leave entitlements, termination payments and payroll tax obligations.
