Payroll Manager

About The Role

The role is responsible for provision of accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries in line with legislative requirement, policies and procedures. This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You Will Possess

• Demonstrated experience managing payroll within a medium to large scale organisation
• Tertiary qualification in HR/ finance related field along with certification in Payroll (CPP)
• Sound understanding of the functionality of the payroll system and adaptability in dealing with different system requirements
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) experience will be highly regarded
• Current knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures and operations and related legislation along with the ability to coordinate not for profit salary packaging and other benefits that may arise
