Payroll Manager

**Position Objective**:
The Payroll Manager for the Querétaro site is responsible for the accurate, timely, and
compliant execution of all payroll processes for site employees.
This role ensures adherence
to internal controls, local labor laws, and company policies, while also driving process
improvements, employee experience, and coordination with internal and external

Payroll Operations
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the Querétaro site (weekly, biweekly as
applicable).
- Validate and authorize payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, variable pay, and
leaves.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary payments, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and local
payroll tax regulations.
