Key Responsibilities
- Payroll, Benefits & Systems Management
Oversee end-to-end payroll, benefits administration, and employee information processes across corporate functions and external vendors.
Provide guidance to employees on pay, benefits, and HR-related queries to build trust and transparency.
Manage HRIS systems and third-party providers to ensure compliance, timeliness, and service standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and rewards specialists to deliver high-quality operations and resolve escalations efficiently.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving to support HR transformation and organizational growth.
- Process Optimization & Digital Enablement
Lead initiatives to streamline and automate HR processes using HRIS platforms, AI tools, and other digital solutions.
