Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for our growing workforce. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while establishing scalable systems and processes. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to streamline payroll operations, manage statutory compliance, and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations & Processing:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees including monthly salary, bonuses, incentives, and variable pay components.
Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements, reimbursements, and settlement payments.
Process full & final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and exit formalities.
