The US/CAN Payroll Manager, Offshore Support & Operations, is responsible for overseeing the collaboration, compliance, and strategic management of payroll functions executed by an offshore payroll team. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payment of domestic employees by guiding and monitoring the offshore team's execution of payroll systems and procedures, while handling critical local compliance, escalations, and system governance. This manager acts as the primary onshore point of contact, ensuring the seamless integration of offshore services with HR and Finance strategies.
