Essential Functions
- Ensure that all process are being executed based on payroll procedures with standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts
- Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels
- Responsible for client satisfaction
- Responsible for key performance indicator management, strong focus on metric to drive improvement with strong action plan development for improvements
- Review account status (financial and client satisfaction) and participate in service review meetings with client
- Manage change request both internally and with client
- Collaborate and work with commercial team in sales opportunities
- Build relationship commitment with other areas
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 2 years in leaders...
