Payroll Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager for a growing manufacturing company in Sheffield. This role would suit individuals who are confident and resilient , who are used to working with complex payrolls, who can take ownership of a critical function and who can identify and improve processes , introduce new systems , and make a real impact !

As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across the business, covering both monthly and fortnightly cycles. You'll ensure full compliance with legislation, maintain robust records for audit purposes, and provide high-quality support to employees and managers.

You will also play a key role in modernising the payroll function, reviewing processes and driving efficiencies.
